Chicken Souvlaki

3 lbs Chicken, lamb, pork, turkey or beef
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 TBL oregano
2 TBL salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp pepper
 
1 green pepper cut up
1 onion cut up
mushrooms whole
 
Cut everything up to bite size pieces
 
Add everything to a huge gallon size freezer bag or bowl or whatever you can get to let everything marinate together at least 10 hrs. 
 
Put it on sticks and grill on low and whala.....shishkabobs  :-)
